Here's a scrapbook pages we made in last month's stamp club. It's a good illustration of how you can do a lot with not a whole lot of supplies. This page is heavy on techniques - enamel letters, sponging and torn paper. Now, I just need to add a photo - but I wanted to share this today to help get you thinking about Halloween and getting your photos off the computer!
Tips and Tricks for this page:
-
The letters were cut out using the Big Shot Simple Letters alphabet in Old Olive. They were then sponged lightly with Basic Black Ink, and then heat embossed twice with glassy glaze enamel.
-
The scull was stamped and the edges sponged in Basic Black, and all edges on the layers torn with the Tearing Edge Ruler
That's it - easy peasy scrapbook page ready to go. I orginally started stamping as a way to save some money on my scrapbooking pages as you can re-use your images over and over, and with different techniques, you can make it look dramatically different.
