Here's my card for the Stamping 411 Saturday Sketch Challenge #114. The challenge gave me the perfect chance to break out the new Charming Stamp Set from the Holiday Mini Catalog. I have to admit, this is totally a set that you could overlook, as it is designed to work with the new Simply Adorned line of charms. After many hours reading the mini, it occured to me that there was so much that could be done with the artwork in this set!
A few tips and tricks for this card:
- The flower from Charming is done with a lot of markers to add depth and interest. Lots of tapping, but the flower is small so it was quick to do this way. I think this would be a great set for markers and misting!

The image along the bottom on the Bermuda Bay piece is from the Charming stamp set as well.

The embellishment is a ribbon slide from the Very Vanilla Hardware with a half back pearl on it. I attached the ribbon as normal, and then attached the ribbon slide on top to avoid bunching as the Tafetta ribbon is a bit too thick to sit nicely. The half-back pearl is attached with two glue dots.
