As the saying goes...better late than never! Here's the pocket card and the details I promised last week when I shared the Halloween pocket card. I've been busy with my Stamp and Scrap Getaway weekend, and with my "day" job as well. November is going to be one wild and crazy month, but that's okay because I have a vacation in my sights in early December! :)
This was one of my workshop cards for the month of October, and everyone loved the concept of the pocket. Just my kind of project - quick and cute! To create the "pocket" cut your cardstock to 11 x 4.25 and then score at 1.5 and 5.5 on the long side! This is where the Simply Scored comes in as it makes scoring a snap! It's a definite must-have scoring tool for your crafting stash! The ribbon holds the pocket together, no adhesive needed!
The insert is 4 x 5.25 and the striped piece on the front is 4 x 2.75. Here's a picture of the insert that slides out:
